What we collect

When you join our list or apply for a role we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), the role or venue you're interested in, your preferred location, and your CV if you upload one. Venues give us a contact name, business name, email and location.

Why we use it

To match hospitality talent with venues, to contact you about suitable roles or candidates, and to tell you when we launch. Our lawful basis is your consent (for talent sign-ups) and our legitimate interest in running a recruitment service (for venue enquiries and applications). We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

With venues you apply to or that we put you forward for, and only with your agreement. We also use trusted service providers to store and manage data, such as our recruitment CRM and email provider, who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Your rights
